Nobody Knows
Everyone in Grafton I have talked to knows about Larry Pendarvis/Zack Bass. No One I talked to knew they are supposed to close on some land tomorrow. I have not heard one person say they are glad Larry is coming here.

I believe so. The age fits, name fits, location fits, description fits. His online friends confirm it is the same person. Larry does not seem to confirm or deny it online. Some follow up to the link you posted:

In the end I decided it doesn't matter for the issue at hand, and it distracts focus. Larry's past in not the issue, or should not be. The Free Town Project "take over" is the issue. That can happen with or without Larry. Once Larry's past is mentioned, no one can get over that. I would like to focus on other things.

I guarantee it is. I was present at his first sentencing hearing and was, in fact, a witness against him.
